The Zaharan National Ball

Now that I’m able to make whole lots dress in formal, it seemed like the right time for Zahara’s royal family to have a ball! (Especially since the prince is a teen and has never had as much as a flirtation. If fairy tales have taught them anything, it’s that royal balls are a good place to meet eligible young ladies!

The invites have been sent out!

The Royal Family, the Lancasters! King Maxwell, Queen Madaleen, heir to the throne Prince Phillip, Princess Leora, and twin princesses Anne and Elise.

Since he’s a future Marquess, Queen Madaleen fully supports her daughter’s relationship with Henry Winchester, even if he isn’t always faithful…

They hope that their son will meet a nice girl from a nice family, too.

The guests are arriving! The King greets the Marchioness while Prince Phillip greets Lady Jocelyn.

Then he meets the lovely Lady Charlotte and he’s immediately infatuated. He asks her to dance.

Princess Leora and her friend Carla Winslow subtly make fun of the duke of Belmont.

The king and queen have fun!

Princess Leora enjoys a closer dance with her boyfriend.

The prince spends as much time talking to Lady Charlotte as he can. Unfortunately he has to circulate and talk to everyone.

The queen hands out favors to thank each family for attending.

Princess Leora isn’t pleased that her own boyfriend cut out early. She wanted a photo booth picture of them but instead of joining her in the photo booth, he left the ball.
